World's Largest 3200 Megapixel Digital Camera

Scientists have claimed to have built the world's largest digital camera of 3,200 megapixels. According to various reports, the camera has been named 'LSST'. which will be placed at the Vera C. Rubin Observatory in the South American country of Chile.

Along with the study of space, this camera is expected to be helpful in revealing other mysteries of the universe. This camera has been manufactured for about 20 years.

Scientists expect this camera to capture HD pictures of space. Similarly, scientists claim that this camera will help in studying dark matter, dark energy, sky, Ganga and solar system. The camera was built by LSF NoirLab with the support of the US National Science Foundation and the US Department of Energy.
