Tiktok opened in nepal by KP Oli led government of Nepal

The ban on Tiktok has been lifted in Nepal. The cabinet meeting of government of Nepal decided to lift the ban on Tiktok. The government led by the then Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' decided on 27th October 2080 by the Council of Ministers to close down Tiktok in Nepal.

KP Oli-led government lifted the ban on Tiktok. The Minister of Communication and Information Technology Prithvisubba Gurung informed that it has been listed in the Ministry according to the Social Media Directory 2080 and it has been opened after specifying the point of contact.

According to him, the ban on Tiktok has been lifted with the condition of promoting tourism, working for digital security and literacy, helping to improve the quality of public education and filtering content that disrupts social harmony.

Despite the decision of the Council of Ministers, Tiktok will be officially opened only after the agreement to fulfill the conditions set by the government.
